Referential Process Documentation

Around 2005, while overseeing technical, customer service, and logistics operations for Spacelabs Medical's pharmaceutical research division, I was involved in developing a process documentation model which allowed our boutique research organization to comply with strict Federal and International regulations while actually becoming more flexible.  The result, Referential Documentation, takes the best from a number of very strong documentation strategies and enables organizations to identify, define, control, and eventually automate processes while maintaining the agility necessary to respond to constantly changing demands.  The embedded presentation and associated links on this page explain this strategy and provide resources for it's successful implementation.  I'd be happy to speak with, and answer questions for, any organization looking to gain the consistancy, knowledge, and performance enabled by Referential Documentation.
